President Yoweri Museveni on a mass mobilization drive for National ID/ Voter card registration, has recalled how a former UPC youth winger Eriya Kategaya confessed, that he was not only registered as a voter when he was under age, but even voted eight times! Kampala and Wakiso each had over a million voters in 2011 but at the climax, the actual voters were only 400,000. The computerized National ID has come as a collective solution.
