{UAH} POLICE AND OPPOSITION PARTIES AGREE ON RALLIES

Gen. Aronda Nyakairima and Gen. Kale Kayihura have agreed with the Constitutional and Electoral Reform team from opposition and civil society, to hold consultation public rallies, according to Ambassador Olara Otunnu, Chairman Mao, Maj.
