Uganda's Inspector General of Police, General Kale Kayihura has announced a change of the force's name from Uganda Police Force to Uganda National Police.
General Kayihura made his revelation at Hotel Africana, Kampala.
Kayihura says he rejected 'Uganda Police Service' as his cops "are neither waiters nor waitresses"
