The truth behind the Walter Reid Project in Uganda is that it is using Ugandans to test biological weapons. All talk of AIDS research is hogwash. Ugandan scientists are compromised by petty cash dollars and using their kinsmen to advance the military interests of the USA. This is where the bulk of American 'aid' to the health sector goes. 'Family planning'  is nothing but testing fertility and infertility pills on Ugandans. WE DO NOT NEED AMERICAN AID TO FIGHT AIDS....WE TAMED THE MONSTER IN THE LATE 80s WITH A SINGLE RADIO STATION AND NO COIN OF USA AID....WE HAD A SIMPLE MESSAGE: AIDS KILLS. Today, AIDS has become an industry and a life-style. Americans have an AIDS cure. If they loved Ugandans, they would supply this same drug here, not guinea-pigging projects. PLEASE, USA, YOU HAVE 20 MILLION HOMELESS AMERICANS. CARE FOR THOSE. LEAVE US ALONE...TAKE YOUR AID.
