{UAH} Designing, Planning and Developing Small Uganda Towns

I am looking at a possibility of people joining hands , plan small towns in Uganda villages buy shares into them and make investments of course after consultation with relevant authorities. What do they plan; Land, Housing and Infrastructure provisions.

It appears to me - such public investment in ones backyard can replace coffee, cotton, sugar cane and tobacco as a major income earner generating immense social responsibility. We need expert advise from professional financial economist to come out with some suggestion

I think this is consistent with African village patterns only this time around you converge two ideals industrial and agrarian practices.
