{UAH} DP's Brenda to outgun NRM in Luweero!

The setting is very clear now! NRM is left with mere

pokopoko and wolokoso. They are again going to lose very miserably

the by-election! All eyes are on Luweero and the entire diaspora is for

Brenda Nnabukenya's very much wanted victory! It's indeed very necessary

to see NRM lose in Luweero! Thje lesson is deserving.

Whatever the case, even if NRM has mobilized cabinet ministers to conduct the

campaigns for Nnalwanga, things are obviously standing in favour of Brenda Nnabukenya!

Now it's said the ministers told voters to avoid polling Brenda because she would find hard time

lobbying support from the President!! Primary One reasoning! Do the voters with all the problems

on their head need to elect a person because he / she will be acceptable to the president? Haven't

all those representatives at all levels in Luweero been NRMs, therefore well seen by the President, and 

what have they lobbied from the big mukubwa? Virtually nothing if one sees the general discontent displayed

by the people of Luweero who are now resolved to reject the NRM candidate in order to send a signal to M7

and colleagues! They complain about unfulfilled promises some of which date fifteen years back and others even

25 years...!  War veterans still clamour for their compensation which has never been paid to them, a power line 

promised 16 years ago is still a promise lying in limbo, a pineapple processing factory promised in the area has

never seen a foundation stone! And this is about Luweero, a place every Ugandan knows and associates very well

with NRM's rise to power.

What's really going on now over there? Not good to be read by any NRM! People are resolved to throw back Brenda

to Parliament in appreciation of her effort to do good for them in  spite of the legal battrles she has always been engaged in! Many LCs, albeit belonging to NRM, are said to be openly rallying support for Brenda! and there is overall skepticism that NRM is going to lose with a very big margin! Money given to voters is producing nothing except more loyalty to Brenda's camp! This NRM error is indeed costing them support because the many who haven't been cashed up satisfactorily are now turning their backs to the " cash machines " ! And those who get big but less than what they expected are openly showing a rough discontent! This is a lesson for NRM to learn and revise correctly! Money will never win any election, at least for now Ugandans are getting this message clearly! Dishing out money this time has made NRMs look politically dull when compared to the very sharp articulate opposition politicians led by persons like Hon Mr Norbert Mao and colleagues, the only now every person in Luweero would love listening to. And masses are following them everywhere in their fat rallies! And Mao's message to the UYD's who had abandoned the campaign has been very clear and articulate to the point of bringing these youths back to the campaign platform!

Uganda will indeed welcome Brenda's victory next week and there will be jubilation everywhere including the diaspora which is ready to witness the turn of events in Luweero. Brenda's victory will be our national glory!
