In 2005, i started research on how rigging is done in Uganda and by
who. I found both sides culpable and ever wondered why in spite of
winning polls, NRM still doesn't sue against malpractices of the other
side. Winners shouldn't always sit back because they are not
aggrieved. Dirty tricks revolve and deepen if unchecked. On top of
what he points out, there are other methods of theft and cheating.

NRM should support my campaign for compulsory voting for all citizens.
In Luweero, the voter turn out was too low yet non-voters always come
out to cry foul and such other stuff.

Does this mean another petition- and by-election- is on the way?
