{UAH} I can't rule out standing in 2016 general elections, says Besigye

Folks,

This KB should not even think about it. M7 will never never ever allow not only KB as president but living under a Besigye and Winnie regime period. He'd rather die on the chair! I think they shoud go and rear embattas in their respective villages, KB is Rukungiri , M7 in Butare.
