 Inviting Science – a Cosmic layout for Architectural design of Lubiri Place

Let Buganda planners, for the first time – move away from the ordinary. Katiikiro Charles Pater Mayiga (omuyanja - in-ordinary) could be advised on this one.

Planning Lubiri Place – and the entire one square mile including Kabaka's Lake should be guided by cosmological lay outs.

The stars are clearly visible in this part of the world not far away from the equator. Buildings and roads could be modeled along this natural plan – to invite some space science here on earth in the middle for Africa.

For several thousand years to come, if the cosmic lay out could be accomplished in the palace, will invite not only tourists but scientists as well into the heart of Africa. 

Indians have great ideas about this as well as people in Thailand. Let us start with Ggaba fisher men for help.

Fisher men in Ggaba drew me a crude cosmic map, I still hold dearly and has kept safely, which I was told they use to navigate Lake Victoria. I was really amazed with their scared knowledge.
