My colleague lost a bet to me about the police these interviews specially by NTV. I told him that all interviews by police,irrespective of the rank or place or district, the police officer being interviewed will be a munyankole/westerner  and he lost the bet.
At one time i/we thought  ntv was on a mission to expose this inequality.
