Project has developed an impressive Dutch architects Henning Larsen Architects. The project is called the Gem building - "a jewel." Constructed building will be in Riyadh, in the Financial District. The building is expected to be partly residential, partly office. In addition, the project provides for multi-floor with a terrace overlooking the garden.
