{UAH} Luwero Citizens in America/Europe let us Implement this project in Bulemezi

For agriculture – the state should set up or buy warehouses in New York; Brussels; Stockholm and Dubai and Mpigi. New York can supply the rest of America and Canada. Brussels is idea to supply the rest of mainland Europe. Stockholm is well suited to supply Nordic countries, Russia and Baltic countries. Dubai will supply Middle Eastern Countries. All the above cities are well connected to Entebbe with daily flights lest Uganda fails to secure cargo planes – Uganda Airlines - Cargo.

 

Mukwano, Maganjo, Jesa, Uganda Diary Corporation, Britannia, Riham which are typically and wholly Ugandan should be give incentives and called upon to work with the government, Norway which is already on ground meat processing, and other European regulatory food inspection to see if these entities, can work to export selected fresh and packed food items to these warehouses.

 

 

Southern Sudan will ideal to work with Uganda in establishing commercial farms extending into Northern Uganda on specific and selected products. Remember Europe wants only environmentally produced food items.

 

Makerere, Busitema, NARO food science technologist must be involved in all sections of the project.

 

The above implies; The East African countries will have to seek out European big supermarkets and beg them to allow East African food items to have special shelves in their supermarket chains. If they agree – then there will be no need to spend money in marketing, distribution and supply chains.

 

Change Frankfurt to Berlin.  Reason being entry into European /American markets you normally concentrate where there is huge number of immigrants /foreigners. This class introduces foreign eating habit to the natives. This is a very important array to note. So Brussels, New York, Stockholm and Dubai is ideal for that reason too.

 

Well it is up to the state to decide on management.

However and be very careful with that. I personally will put them under one single management as Germany Lidl is doing- these four can be run by just one managing structure based in Brussels for example. You need one good European administrator and well versed with European Super market distribution and procurement system. English Tesco, Sainsbury's and Morrison's, Germany low budget Lindl is now all over Europe and the USA, Swedish ICa is all over Nordic Countries , NETTO is also all over Europe etc.

 

 I guess there are Ugandans   who worked or working for some of these supermarkets in administrative structure, who know one or two things and can be co-opted to work with each one of the ware house.

 

Mukwano in Uganda gives farmers seeds they plant and he monitors quality and pays them on harvest. Transform that idea into a nation wide food supply and demand  chain system. The government must fund this project instead of buying useless fighter planes.
