2. What will be the price of such transport helicopters ----- DEPENDS ON THE SIZE & TYPE BUT BETWEEN $600,000 TO $1.5M
   
3. What type of helicopter will this be ---- BELL, SYKORSKY, AUGUSTA, EUROCOPTER, ROBINSON
   
4. How much fuel in Uganda shillings does a transport helicopter for a return journey between Kampala- Gulu, Kampala – Jinja, Kampala- Koboko, Kampala –Mbale, Kampala – Kidepo cost ---- A LOT--- IN THE RANGE OF $600 PER PERSON
   
5. What is the maintenance cost of such a transport system per journey/ quarterly, half year and annually
