One social media source says according to an Audit Report before
P.A.C, police spent a total of 13.5 billion shillings to repair 2
tractors. That amount over ten 40 brand new tractors.
If that information is accurate, then police scores 100% on the
Transparency Index for not minding such rot getting to the fore. For
the record, the head of police can comb any nook and turn any table
in this country.
