Folks;

I admire Tz's decision to search regionally for an arbitrator to salvage their Constitutional Review. I, too, subscribe the proposition that we can find long-lasting solutions to our perennial problems if we ask for help from our neighbors.

More often, however, the typical African government looks for America or Europe to send in "experts", while ignoring locally grown, competent talents.
