If you are a student of politics or communication, here's a treasure trove of how to draft or deliver a politically-emotional speech. 

President Obote starts out by recognizing non-UPC members at a rally that he wants his audience to distinguish from  usual political rally. Then he goes ahead and taunts the opposition by leading the crowd into chanting the party's slogan! He uses euphemisms throughout the speech to caution Gulu against electing "unclean" leaders!
