SV: {UAH} Museveni's NRA atrocities in the north founded Kony's LRA......
AKIM and UAH folks,
FIRST, I am old enough plus reading something regarding the old PAYIIRA and LAMOGI traditional Leadership co-operations to defeat the common enemies for times immemorial. Take for example the latest which happened in 1911 whereby both Payiira and Lamogi worked against the brutal British Colonialism. This means what you are trying to insinuate about misunderstandings between Rwot Onen Acana of Payiira and Rwot Otinga of Lamogi is just the NRA/M7ism makings! Truly, this confusion is soon going to end and Acoli folks of both Payiira and Lamogi will continue to be strong.
SECOND, as regards to Acoli Parliamentary Group (APG), died after both Hon. Okello Okello and Wonkom MAO Norbert left the NRA/M7ism dominated parliament and today there is nothing call (APG) but only self - seekers who do not know what it means to nationalistic politics! The (APG), under the leaderships of both Mao and Okello Okello was moving under the (PCR) doctrine whereby they had communications with several of us Acoli kinfolks in the Diaspora whereby our political concern was ACOLI FIRST without religious or party political ideologies!
Take it or leave it, AKIM, the issue of 'Culu Kwo' in Acoli tradition is a matter of principle but not this shallow politics by the NRA/M7ism. Acoli tradition value does not practice 'Culu Kwo', which translates in English as retribution. Acoli traditional values practices 'Mato Oput', which translates in English as compromise and reconciliation justice doctrine since two wrongs do not make right justice conclusion!
LASTLY, please Akim Constitutional Federalism in Uganda cannot exist in the vocabulary of Mky KAMYA since she feels other Ugandans including yourself is just ANYANYA and, or biological substances. AKIM, do not forget the composure of this song - 'Hoo kati kasta kasita otulo,' which Mky KAMYA were the main choir operators!
FRANKLY, are you just prone that you do not know and care about the insult of this master of yours? OCAYA pOcure, has been a strong UNC and later UPC way back in the late 1950s running through 1960s and he had never changed his nationalistic political doctrine since those good past years!

Akim, John, Mike et al,
While we discuss the madness of money, greed, chiefs and dubious kings and more greed - all sowed by NRA on the Republic, starting from Luwero - the object of my posting was to remind Ugandans, her friends and dubious friends, that just like NRA fired the first bullet at Kabamba of Buganda, so did they in Acholi and across the Republic of Uganda.
In fact, their most provocative ones in Acholi sub-region were well before these December 1986; they were earlier than May, within a few months of them gunning into Kampala.
We can talk chiefs as the mental and social victims of NRA, just do not forget the camps and the bigger picture. We, Bakedi of Tororo will feel sad if you do.

Ocaya P Ocure;
I agree with you. After all, NRA atrocities was committed Acoli wide. I also agree that the Lamogi Chief should have gone through some conduit, such as the Lawi Rwodi, but i am also aware of the soar relationship between the two. Then there is, the Acholi Parliamentary group (APG), who is itself split since they have been infiltrated by NRM MPs from the north and therefore dysfunctional. But this is not what i am talking about. This is not the Acholi taditional way of culu kwo; and that is what i wanted you to address for the King needs counseling and guidance. On condition that his chief counselor is not Museveni, who is already playing these roles to Buganda and Toro kingdom. Akim

--AKIM Odong and UAH folks,FIRST, I had several times ago written on the issue of 'Pur Awak' or term it Politics of Collective Responsibility (PCR) in clear sense of social contacts with the people whereby notes are always compared among the peers. That politics, which built the current Uganda, has been based on the 1900 Agreement between Colonial Britain and Buganda Kingdom that had not been based on complete social contacts with the whole native Ugandans to be.AGAIN, without the (PCR), the Buganda Kingdom signed yet another dubious agreement with the NRA/M7ism banditry, which brought the current massive corruption doctrine in Uganda. Take it or leave it, there will not be any political weight that the concern of Lamogi Clan in Acoli is just playing what I always call 'Dong Warom Syndrome' since the Lamogi Clan Chief does not think of working on (PCR) doctrine as the way forward! This means, it could have carried some quite clear political weights if Lamogi Clan Chief Rwot Otinga Otuka Otto Yai, had compared notes and they present the concern of the whole Acoli folks to NRA/M7ism.YES, it might have collapsed due to the NRA/M7ism politics, which always fears a strongly politically organised folks and body. Now, as I am trying to write this piece there are those NRA/M fanatics who are even running amok on Rwot Otinga of Lamogi! But, I think it could have been difficult if the whole Acoli traditional leaderships were to put their (PCR) positions together than going it alone!GOOD-DAMN it, AKIM, do not forget that even your infamous federo campaign is falsehood since, Mky KAMYA still calls you an ANYANYA, which she will never make any apology. My pain is, you are quite prone and cannot detest what Mky KAMYA calls you since you come from the home region of Ocaya pOcure!Ocaya pOcureDen lördag, 28 juni 2014 17:38 skrev +0025577362879532 <akimodong@gmail.com>:
Joseph Ochieno,
Somebody has to tell the chief that money is no compensation for the dead. Acholi has traditional ritual or ways of dealing with such cases. Should the chief go faaaa, he will end up with like the Buganda situation, where, its given with one hand and vote gained with another.
The problem with some of the recent chiefs, they have no grasp of old ways or tradition.
Where is Ocaya P Ocure when the chief needs one!

Lamogi clan members in Amuru District are demanding to meet President Museveni over the 1986 massacre allegedly committed by National Resistance Army (NRA).In December 1986, NRA, who had just taken over power allegedly killed at least 32 civilians on allegations that they were former fighters of the Tito Okello Lutwa's government in Lamogi Sub-county in Amuru District. However, 28 years down the road, locals are demanding to meet the President for compensation of the lives lost.Lamogi clan Chief Rwot Otinga Otuka Otto Yai, says what happened in Lamogi perpetuated by NRA soldiers will never be forgotten. "We want to meet the President and discuss how best the grievances should be ironed out," he said.
