SV: {UAH} Shame on Ghana & African leaders- Ghana imports petrol!!!!!!!!

So, Jim, what is the argument? Or better still what is the problem?

What does Ghana say about it's motive and goal?
What is Ghana's priority?

No, it is not shame on Ghana, Ghana has learnt through experience
which way to go if the nation is to harvest any worth while dividend.

Ghana knows what on the contrary, the result would have been if it
had left it all in the hands of Ghanians only. Ghana knows it's goals and
most importantly, they know how to arrive there smoothly. And leaving it to Ghanians
or Africans alone is not one.
Noc'la gaumoy

See, Ghana is developing faster?
"WE FORM THE CULTURE THAT FORMS US"….noc'la gaumoy.

Aljaeera news.
Ghana made a paltry 500 million dollars last year
from the new found oil.
All oil is exported. Ghana has no
refinery
Many white expats are employed instead of Ghana
Citizens.
Documentary showed Haliburton uniformed security guards
are Ghanians.
Can NRM or ANC, CCM, ZANU, FRELIMO explain this
 .... Mbu Pan Africanists!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ha!
