{UAH} Change Pension Act to stop segregation/class society

All people with gainful employment i.e. boda boda, taxi and bus drivers, shop attendants, hotel workers, chapatti makes, hair dressers must save with NSSF. This is formalising the informal sector.

A taxi drive makes between 60000 – 100000 UG SHS per day. All goes to the taxi owner! A hair dresser can make between 150000 UG shs and 200000 UG Shs a day. A boda boda makes some 40000 a day.

How are these people going to survive when they are beyond 55 years? Live in slums and mizigo?!
