Cindy Is Broke, She Can't Take Care Of Our Gal- Mario, Singer Bitterly Clash

The out of court settlement talks between former lovers Mario Brunnette and Cindy Sanyu hit a dead end.

The couple yesterday turned up at Nakawa Court at 10am and briefly had interactions with the Nakawa Grade one Magistrate in a closed door session. Sources say that they agreed to settle their issues out of court but the pair could not agree on how to access their girl. "We have been given 30 minutes to negotiate and see if we can agree," Cindy said. The couple then relocated to Levono Hotel located in the neighborhood of the court together with their respective lawyers and held discussions for close to an hour.

On returning, they still went to the Magistrates' chambers and after briefing her of the outcome, they left court. Cindy later said that the discussion had been fruitless. "He insists that the child should spend all the week days with him and only visit me during weekends," The case was adjourned to June 26,2014. Mario dragged Cindy to this court demanding sole custody of their 3-year old daughter.

He claims to have financial muscle and care compared to Cindy for the better custody of the child. His case came just days after Cindy had reported him to Kabalagala Police Station over failure to look after the same child. Cindy claimed that ever since they separated, Mario ignored his duties of looking after her and the baby. She also accused him of trying to grab their joint businesses and prime plots of land in Mukono where they planned to construct rental estates.
