Please find attached a short FUF statement on the soldiers who have deserted the Special Forces Command (SFC) and have joined the liberation struggle.

The statement is sent together with various media links for Ugandan papers like Red Pepper, Saturday Monitor which have written about the story. we have also included associated photographic images as appropriate.

This statement and related documents highlight the disintegration of the existing military support for the Museveni dictatorship.

It is these types of occurrences that are helping to accelerate the multi-facetted dynamics of the liberation struggle.

Ugandan cannot wait much longer for the brutal fascist rule of Yoweri Museveni to disappear from the scene.
