{UAH} Government not KCCA alone will Solve the Problem

Unless the government comes out and order depopulating slum areas, punitively
punish offenders of public health laws, order general city cleaning by the public every;
Saturday and Sunday, removal of dilapidated structures
and stop road side food vendors and garbage disposal especial, disposable children diapers and napkins spreading feces everywhere,
anyhow, organise working environments in schools and business center like markets and shops – Kampala is headed for a deadly epidemic.
Kampala is heavily polluted with motor garages everywhere.

KCCA can't act alone when;
-      Ministry Health is dead quite,
-      Ministry of Environment is non-responsive,
-      When NEMA says nothing,
-      Ministry of Housing is dead,
-      Ministry for Water is just looking
-      National Sewerage Corporation is incapacitated,
-      National housing construction corporation is for Gaddafi
These entities must work together and respond aggressively to solve the problem once and for all. There must be a militaristic/pragmatic approach to public health and hygiene issues.
People in Kampala should not live their lives like pigs!

Just imagine an out brake of swine flu etc, very contagious diseases in Kampala when schools are ongoing. It will be a disaster of mega proportions.
There has been a few incidents of epidemic outbreak in Kampala but all on a smaller scale. There was:
-      red eyes,
-      there is spread of a resistant cough bacteria in Kampala
-      flu and influenza which appears to be resistant to antibiotics – these might be carried in air.
Slums are hard hit – with dirt water logged areas, with episodes of dysentery, cholera
