{UAH} HAS KCCA'S MUSISI SOLD FREEDOM SQUARE TO BALOKOLE?

For over a year now, Freedom Square near clock tower is occupied by Balokole, turning a public place into a prayer house and a green patch into bare soil. Has Jennifer Musisi sold it over to them? What is the sense in turning people away from their Constitutional Sq (city sq) and selling their freedom sqaure to Balokole. Are these some of the reasons the 'incompetent' people's Lord mayor Lukwago is being fought. Have Janet Museveni's Balokole taken stolen the people's Freedom square?
