{UAH} How will it be like if Entebbe Town was in Europe etc

If Entebbe and Jinja Municipalities and there  archipelago in Lake Victoria were in the U.S.A, Canada or Europe with exactly the same climate, forest resources and waters what or how will they look like today - June 2014?
