FRANKLY, speaking under such dubious invitation of the brutal foreign power, British Colonialism that brought genocide and wrought havocs against our own native folks in the name of building a dubious Protectorate, which even wreak havocs and the great sense of injustices between our own native folks! Such havocs against our own native folks were carried by the agents of the British Colonialism, those sadly happened to be Baganda, which had been the very foundation of the political animosities against Buganda until tomorrow. You may hate to hear this, but it is the bitter truth!

Take it or leave it, political corruptions in Uganda started by some blind King who endorsed genocide for example against the Kingdom of Bunyoro Kitara and acquiring a large junk of territories (lost counties) granted to him by a brutal foreign power, British Colonialism. The question is; how on earth, could you blame the late OBOTE (RIP) for the dubious occupation of Bunyoro Kitara Kingdom territories (lost counties)? The man just followed what the 1962 Uganda Independence Constitution recommended on regards to the referendum between Buganda and the Bunyoro Kitara Kingdom as agreed at the Lancaster House on Uganda political Independence negotiation document.

YES, the late OBOTE (RIP) had his human frailties since he was not Noble by birth, according to your cultural trait and, or norm, but I think for you to blame him for every wrong things under the sun in Uganda politics is quite absurd.  

SECOND, my positions those I had written in many other Ugandan fora had been that Uganda must have a true Constitution Federalism, which means Ugandans will be the country of equals among the equals with respect and peaceful coexistence with hope without fear. The unfortunate, thing in the name of hatred against the late OBOTE (RIP) the whole people in Northern, Eastern and West Nile region have been concealed under the dubious song of "Ho kati kasta kasita otulo", and termed other as biological substance.

LASTLY, Ndugu Ssekajja, there exist heavy catalogue of documents which spelt how weak Uganda political foundation had been built by most political actors when the late AMO (RIP) had not been born. There were those, who blindly did not think about the futures of Ugandans after them.
