Saudi, Chairman and General Manager of the Bank; and extreme left (with glasses) is Mr Clhadi M. Algaghih, the Bank's Managing Director. On the right is Uganda's Minister of Finance, Planning and Economic Development, Mr. E.B. Wakhweya.'
