{UAH} KYALIGONZA AND HYUHA; WHAT'S THEIR STYLE OF WORK IN NRM?

Just pondering; Maj. Gen. Matayo Kyaligonza, he of the Black Bomber
fame, is the Vice Chairman NRM for the huge Western region and is
Ambassador to Burundi, meaning he is more often at his post than on
the ground in "West". Hon. Dorothy Hyuha is Deputy Secretary General
of the same party and High Commissioner to TZ.
So how do they pull off the torn apart duties esp. to do with
mobilising for the party? Do they flock in ever week, monthly, once a
year or at election time? Perhaps someone could learn a lesson from
them.
