Mr Moses Wilson (aka "Kayoshe"),

1. I am not a leader of UNAAcauses.

2. I have never been a member of any UNAA camps.  I have always been a simple non-aligned member of UNAA.

3. hearsay is ONLY inadmissible in COURT. In all other circumstances, lawyers rely on rumors and hearsay.  e.g before trial begins (discovery process), lawyers are allowed to get any evidence they want from the other side (including hearsay evidence). Real estate lawyers rely on hearday evidence to conclude sales (e.g credit reports, bank approval letters, employment letters, tax returns, etc).  Employment lawyers rely on medical reports, employment reviews (if your supervisor gives you a bad review, the corporate attorney can rely on that review to recommend that you should be fired), etc. Corporate attorneys rely on bank documents, financial reports, corporate certificates, resolutions of Board of Directors, etc.

As we enter the last month before we head to San Diego, reports began filtering in that some prominent UNAACauses leaders were jumping ship and registering with UNAA at the Hyatt Regency La Jolla; point to UNAA's strong registration numbers and sponsors who have stuck by UNAA.

 

As if that was not bad enough, audio clips emerged where Muniini Mulera, an erstwhile prominent Francis Ssennoga backer and sponsor of UNAACauses was heard calling Francis Ssennoga's "Weak and completely incompetent". Muniini seems to suggest that Francis Ssennoga should be replaced as at the helm of UNAACauses as he failed to stop his Treasurer, Mr. Moses Bukenya from taking UNAA Funds.

 

It is telling, considering that Francis nominated Muniini to the UNAABOT, and now that he is useless to the surgeon from Toronto, he has been thrown under the bus.

What is causing all of this? Has UNAACauses failed to raise enough money to payback Muniini and Zander Zabasajja?

 

It begs the question, if Muniini honestly thought Francis was weak and incompetent, why did he effusively defend him and all but asked the Dallas AGM to vote for him the next day?

 

Muniini did not have kind words for Joseph Musoke either, also a UNAACauses leader; saying he should not be taken seriously as he relies on rumors and hearsay. He reveals that this is the reason he did not vote for Joseph Musoke at the time.

 

With Mulera and Ssennoga at loggerheads, it seems that UNAACauses is in a leadership crisis, without a clearer leader, treasurer and an astonishing over estimation of their abilities as individuals to take on UNAA – a 26 year old Juggernaut of the Ugandan Diaspora Affairs.

 

History seems to repeating itself – There was UADA, then UNAA Transformers and now UNAACauses all following the same fate.
