Oulanyah: he is the true one he has always been, a fiery UPC young guy, MUK Guild Speaker under Norbert Mao as Guild President....fiery opponent and critic of M7.... beaten senseless the day Police killed Tom Onyango and Tom Okema on Makerere's Black Monday, December 1, 1991. Oulanyah was carried to Mulago with intestines in a kaveera...he recovered, got sympathy from Bazungu, proceeded to read Law as a second first degree, after his B.A...AND HERE HE IS, THE COTTER PIN IN ANCHORING M7 IN POWER....what else would you expect from such a human being?
