SV: {UAH} Ocen, Owor//Abim elders impose 6-month alcohol on women

ADWONG Ochen,
Clearly, I think both men and women are wrong as far as drinking of alcohol is concern and I belief both must reduce the consumption of alcohol as the way forward.
To say the women behave wrongly after drinking alcohol than men, is just male chauvinism at work. These elderly men must stop such absurd thinking!

Pojim;

This article has made my day. Men apparently do not misbehave when they get drunk but women do.

90% of the Brewers are women but they are not allowed to ‎taste their product.

Lol!

Folks;

Talk about kangaroo court!

A bunch men, some of whom are probably drunks themselves, just can't let women partake of their same fun.

Their moral argument is the cut-and-paste variety that previously was used to disparage single, working women.

I wonder how this fiat fits into individual freedom, or, the nature of the marital relationship between the women and their spouses. Abim elders are drunk with authority!
