BEING LAW ABIDING,GOOD BEHAVIOR FOILED  POLICE  STRATEGY AND PLANS BY STATE HOUSE/SAM ENGOLA  AND LFSNC CLUSTER MAFIAS  TO JAIL ME

 

When Police came to arrest me last week at my shop Lira Bus-Park, they came with a prejudiced mindset and fully charged  with all the gadgets, tear gas and guns since they were mis-informed that I am a violent man, therefore likely to resist arrest, fight and cause mayem BUT to their surprise, i was quite peaceful, followed the orders and climb their vehicle without any slightest resistance.

Reaching the Police Station-I peacefully recorded my Statement and entered the cell.

What was the intention and motive of Police coming well armed to arrest me???

1.They were mis- informed about who i am and what to expect

2.The planners knew i would resist arrest  amounting to disobedience of lawful orders, obstruction of Police Officers on duties therefore holding me criminally liable and automatically landing me in jail.

 

How about Holding me beyond 48 Hours in Police  Cell???

The Planners for my arrest right from State House, to Sam Engola and LFSNC Mafias wrongly predicted I would riot in Jail and incite violence but alias being a  Law abiding citizen ,I held my Fire by accepting the reality of my situation as I peacefully bargain and negotiate for a Police  Bond well knowing that my Constitutional rights had already been violated.

 

What Next as per the Charges of Publishing Information Prejudicial to National Security preferred against me by the Police ???

The RSA of Lira did not sanction the file since the case is NULL&VOID. The Charges of sedition, publication of false information etc were struck off from our Law books by the Constitutional Court  in the case of Andrew Mwenda & Others  Vs Attorney General.

As per now as it stands I have NO CASE TO ANSWER!!!

Finally I learnt a lot while in jail since the Police put me in a cell which had suspected MURDERERS , Suspects arrested for illegal possession of Fire Arms, Robbers-Suspects facing aggravated robbery charges, simple robbery, arsonist, rapist, defilers ,Specialized motorcycle robbers, Etc.

The majority of the suspects are youth aged 20-35 Years Old. When i interviewed them most of them confessed to committing the crimes and BIGGEST REASONS THEY ADVANCED WERE RAMPANT POVERTY,UNEMPLOYMENT,HIGH COST OF LIVING AND SERIOUS SCARCITY OF MONEY.

I told them i eat from my sweat-The meaning of CAMKWOKI to which they encouraged me to come and help many Youth once released so that they begin eating  from their sweat as well as opposed to crimes they are being held.

Fellow Citizens the Country is sitting on a time bomb as far as Youth unemployment and Poverty keeps rising.

Ugandans,

I got released on Police Bond today after being arrested on
Tuesday,detained illegally until today Friday at 1:00pm.I was arrested for
publishing my story reproduced below.

I will be sharing my jail experiences,lessons learn and my comprehension
soon.

There were direct orders coming from State House and Sam Engola for me not
to be released but Police hands were tied since i had stayed in jail beyond
48hours already,Resident State Attorney had not sanctioned my file on the
preferred charges and my file have been forwarded to DPP, therefore we had
a dilemma.

Mr.Museveni i cancelled a trip to Kampala from Lira yesterday in the last
minute to attend a training organized by Agro-Max in Vegetable and
Horticulture production using irrigation system at Gayaza due to personal
security concerns explained below;

1.The NRM  State House Mafias, Lango political mafia networks and Lango NGO
Mafias aka Lango Food Security and Nutrition Cluster led by the Lion
Hearted Jonathan Odur of FAPAD NGO who is a strong believer in the
Machiavellian principle of the "END JUSTIFIES THE MEANS",The Crocodile
Acham Hellen of NECPA and the Pyton funged Ogwang Patrick of AFRST NGO  had
connived to abduct,kidnapped and murder me in cold blood.All the trio
mentioned above  have the same goal of getting rid of me owing to a
convergence of different interest stemming from different
suppressive,oppressive and persecution activities against my
person,NGO&Company that have not yet yielded the desired results that
satisfies their evil intentions and motives.(I will soon publish a
detailed  article with concrete evidences  explicitly showing HOW THE LANGO
NGO MAFIA NETWORKS-AKA LANGO FOOD SECURITY AND NUTRITION CLUSTER WORKED
WITH STATE HOUSE MAFIAS TO DESTROY CAMKWOKI NGO&COMPANY AND ME.The role and
interest of Jonathan Odur,Ogwang Patrick,Acham Hellen and Ojok Francis who
is the NRM Youth League Chairperson for Lira Municipality,Former LCV
Councillor contestant for Adyel Division, NRM deadly silent intelligence
operative and CARITAS LIRA PROGRAM OFFICER) The operatives of these mafia
networks began tracking my movements,activities and traveling arrangements
during the day till late in the evening using Mobile telephones, Boda-Boda
riders and physical follow up in their different cars to specifically
ascertain the bus/vehicle i would be using.

2.Mr.Museveni the strategy of kidnapping,abducting and  strangling me to
death like the late Brig:Smith Opon Acak and Patrick Karegeya-Former Rwanda
Spymaster will not succeed.For Opon Acak based on the postmortem report
produced by Dr.Marino and his colleague who never found any bullet that
penetrated the body of Smith Opon Acak but fresh  signs of ropes tied to
his legs,hands and neck though a single bullet sign passed on his chest
from the outer body without deeply  penetrating his lung or any part of his
body and yet other people had to be shot,sacrificed  and arrested with the
claims that He Opon  Acak was leading completely and absolutely unknown
rebel outfit  in Lango at Bar-Opok termed Citizens Army for Multiparty
Politics.Can your Government produce a genuine  Postmortem report of Smith
Opon Acak Death and i request you to instruct your intelligence operatives
and NRM Mafia Lango bigwigs to stop harassing,intimidating and threatening
Dr.Marino of Apac Hospital and his colleagues-They have gone through a lot
of torture since the death of Brig:Smith Opon Acak after refusing to
produce a postmortem report desired by NRM Mafia regime.The question we
Langi are now asking -How did the late Brig;Smith Opon Acak get into
Uganda-It is alleged Minister Sam Engola and two Langi prominent
businessmen visited the late Opon at his home in Nairobi ,called him and as
he touched down from his stares-he was grabbed,abducted,kidnapped and
smuggled into Uganda and ended dead tthe way Rwanda Spymaster Patrick
Karegeya was allegedly duped by his Business colleague Gafaranga into a
hotel in South Africa and murdered in cold blood -I don't want to die this
way-Just let me wait for the God appointed time for my death.

3.Mr. Museveni all methods of persecutions,torture,
suppression and oppression  have been applied against my person-Doesn't
that satisfy you,your mafia Government and Lango Mafia networks in all
categories???I need to leave my life,move on,put behind what happened and
start again.STOP FOLLOWING ME EVERYWHERE,EVERY TIME,EVERY DAY-I am fully
employed in my NGO and Company!!! JUST Leave me alone.

I can never-never-never work with your Government or be part of your
Government in anyway owing to these reasons below i emailed to State House
and you earlier

Mr. Museveni your mafia security apparatus and Lango mafia networks
continues following,tormenting and crippling my life.What exactly is still
left for you and your mafia networks to get out of me after;

1.Crippling and destroying my education at MUK Faculty of Law by ordering
my dismissal -I have all the facts

 2.Breaking my right leg in attempt to murder me that inflicted pains on my
body up-to date-I CONTINUE NURSING PAINS

3.Murdering my first daughter-Through your mafia networks

4.Sabotaging my business in all ways

5.Blocking all projects to my organization and Company

6.Breaking up my family to the extent of sponsoring my first my wife-NOW
EX-WIFE to poison me several times inside my own house.

7.Spraying poisons and deadly substances through ventilation inside my
residence to keep me in a state of permanent sickness and killing me slowly.

8.Poisoning my first fiancee and wife to be Miss Marget Alerotex- Former
Communication Officer WORLD VISION UGANDA

9.Wanting to portray me as a mad person/mental case-This was tried at the
Police Station that i confess to be a mad person/mental case in exchange
for my FREEDOM so that i am not prosecuted in courts of laws.I out rightly
rejected-this stupid attempts by the state operatives and told them i
prefer being taken to COURT than accept to confess what i am not-How can  a
brilliant,focussed,eloquent,charismatic superb Aroma Patrick confess to
being MAD/MENTAL CASE to gain his freedom from State House and Engola
Sam-Isn't it madness for a normal person to declare himself mad just to
gain his freedom from his persecutors,tormentors,oppressors and suppressors.
