With the current crop of leadership who have sold their souls to the West, that suggestion will never see the light of day. You should have heard some of their snotty comments back in 2010 during the debate on nationalisation. You must read the book by Dr John Coleman titled, The Committee of 300 and sadly the head honcho  came back with a red belt after meeting  the Queen. After reading this book, you will know as to what does this belt signify and/or the implications thereof. You will always ever hear the usual rhetoric about FDI fears which is an excuse of course. Incidentally, the one who chairs the SADC these days also sold out once upon the time and it was only after the Lancaster agreement wasn't implemented and he wanted something to use to hold onto power that he started spitting fire. All these African leaders are sell outs and I literally mean all of them, Mandela, Mbeki & Zuma included
