Two Died And Two Injured In The Nebbi Police Shootings In The Wee Hour Of Today Friday.
Nebbi Police OC Minor Crimes Christopher Ungu Says One Abayo(RIP), Opened Fire On Police Officers At The Counter Leading To The Death Of Laurance Dila Aka Owora And The Injuries Of Rose Mary Nyanga And One Kennedy, The Police Driver Before Shooting Himself.
The Injured Were Rushed To Nebbi General Hospital While The Two Bodies Are Also Lying At The Hospital Mortuary.
This Incident Came Barely 4Hrs After A Business Woman At A Take Away In Nebbi Town Known As Kabibi Killed Her 15 Yr Old Boy/Waiter Whom She Alledges To Have Stolen Her Money And Moble Phone.
This Brings The Number Of Such Reported Killings To Seven This Week In Nebbi District Alone Within An Area Of 7km.
Onesmus Mwesigwa, The Nebbi DPC Says Nebbi Has Become A Crime Base That Needs Serious Security Conciosness.
The Bodies Are Due For Transportation Today Friday.
