I repeat, James Orengo did not do anything wrong here. At least, so far, there's no evidence to pin him. 

And, as he has profusely and eloquently protested these allegations, Orengo merely appended his authority to the land deals on advisement from the Lamu County Council and recommendations by his ministry's technocrats.
