Here is the tentative program for the visit of the Buganda Kingdom's Prime Minister Charles Peter Mayiga in Sweden 26th Aug. – 28th Aug. 2014

13.45 hrs. The Katikkiro delegation arrives at Arlanda Airport, we expect representatives from all Scandinavian countries and Associations to welcome the Katikkiro at the Airport
14.45 hrs. The delegation check in at the Hotel
16.30 hrs. The Katikkiro, Ministers and others meet leaders of the Baganda Organisations in Scandinavia with the Kabaka Foundation Committee at Kista Träff - Kista Torg 1
19.00 hrs. Working dinner with the whole delegation and the organising committee with other people
21.00 hrs. Free time

07.30 hrs. Breakfast
08.30 hrs. Katikkiro and 3 from his delegation visits the Swedish Stockholm Kings Palace appoitment confirmed
10.00 hrs. Katikkiros delegation is received at Skansen open Air Museum
11.30 hrs. Katikkiro meets the Uganda Ambassodor
12.30 hrs. – 14.00 hrs. Lunch
14.00 hrs. – 15.10 hrs. Summerising of the visitations
15.30 hrs. – 16.10 hrs. Katikkiro gets ready for the general gathering at the Hotel
15.30 hrs. - 16.30 hrs. All people arrive at Kista Träff and final Ttoffaali collection
16.30 hrs. Katikkiro arrives at the meeting place Kista Träff and welcomed by some entertainment

- Representatives of Finland, Norway, Denmark and Sweden Communities gives their speeches
- Buganda Minister of Tourism speaks
- Buganda Minister of Health speaks

- Chairman Organising Committee presents the Ttoffaali
- Chairman Buganda Twezimbe Committee Speaks
- Treasurer Buganda Twezimbe Committee introduces the Ttoffaali to Katikkiro
- 1st Deputy Katikkiro and Minister for Buganda affairs abroad speaks and invites the Katikkiro
- Katikkiros Speech and award of medals to the 3 clans of Ebika Sports Winners
20.30 hrs. Dinner and Guests mingle
