Weekend and distance learning
Those Ugandans who would like to offer courses in Physical Planning with Urban project financing, Smart Cities ( mainly in fields of energy, water, waste, transportation and safety ) and Transport Planning should contact me on 0752-972-960 - we have a number of International Professors willing to teach those courses.
Deadline is September 5th 2014. We need to organise the programs in time.
Each class must have a minimum of 15 students to lower the costs. You should have access to the internet.
