{UAH} Africa Literacy Litmus Test

We need to have a uniquely African hypothesis or criteria for Literacy measures.

These may be World Bank or UN or related.

1. What is the underlying agenda? What R the motives?

2. Africa has unique cultures, norms and ethos.

3. Africa is very literate in our oral and aural culture and traditions.

4.Why is it that most so called educated can't start up businesses, factories, farms and sustain them?

5. Similar thing used to happen and still is in SAT and IQ in USA. The trend of questions asked, hypothesis and criteria only suited middle income and mostly white children. So the Blacks were always regarded as failures in society. And many believed it themselves!

6. How many academic books R in indegenous languages?

7. Who can measure the width, depth, length and height of language and culture?

8. In USA many people speak fluent or good or acceptable American English, but fewer
can read it or even write it well! Even in UK! Look up cockney English.

9. Will stop for a starter.

We R all created in God's image, yound old, men and women, every colour and size, and is therefore sacred, not to tampered with in human experiments for mutation.
