The hitherto all powerful personal aide to sacked prime minister Amama Mbabazi, Captain EMMY KATABAZI has fled the country and has now sought asylum in the United Kingdom.Katabazi survived arrest narrowly after a decision was taken at the highest level to have him incacerated.Katabazi has been Amama's personal aide for decades and it is thought he is the one who has been coorddinatig the youth for Mbabazi campaign,
