News coming in from the "presidential inner circles" visit indicates that not all is well. The ranch house which was used to house Museveni was rented at the highly inflated rate of  nearly $70,000 for the two days he used it.

As a result State House has refused to honor the bill.

Meanwhile the finger foods which  were served on Saturday and the only meal which was served on Sunday have been reportedly to have cost Uganda's tax payers a staggering $5,000 to feed their brothers and sisters during the two day events.

Apparently, in the center of the bogus deals are Dallas based Kate Shuri Rita Bazanye and Sheiba Rugyegye, daughter of one Rwandan professor Rugyegye.

This bizarre saga might well require court action to settle, and is sure to add to Uganda's mountain of debt

And don't forget, fewer than 200 guests ran up this humongous bill, which is still mounting.
