·         Please note the USPA (Ugandan Sports Press Association) - based article in today's Monitor (P31) where its President, Mark Namanya, states, "The road safety campaign, going into its 13th year, is held in memory of four USPA executive members who perished in a road accident near Lugazi town in August 2001."

·         What Namanya does not admit is that it was the overspeeding of the sports journalists (with Kenneth Matovu at the wheel) which caused the accident. Also, that their overspeeding killed a fifth man (Festo of Lugazi) in the oncoming car.

·         And worst of all, the USPA monument on the Jinja Road (and in any of their religious services) makes no mention of Festo as he is just a poor Ugandan, who can be killed without mention, by members of the Ugandan elite
