A decision was taken to replace the current status quo with one of their own and work about eroding the support and image of the sitting government through calculated leaks of high profile corrupt dealings.

You should remember the pronouncements of Tumusiime Mutebile to one British media outfit about disastrous financial decisions being made beyond the mandate of BOU within the walls of state house!

That was a start of too many things including Kashambuzi's UDU, behind the scenes meetings with State Dept sniffers, promises of funding a palace coup, and lots more that can only come to light with time.

Here is the shocker, Rugunda was sent abroad and back for a reason... The meeting thought him a worthier replacement and making him PM is a mere case of keeping ones enemies closer!

Being a villager comes with it's benefits, being closer to the garbage dump where cast offs, leftovers and stray gems will be gleaned from time to time! Eric is in mourning!
