{UAH} Kutesa diplomatic skills are going to be tested

The incoming president of the UN General Assembly Sam Kutesa is inheriting a world body of 193 states that are regrouping into high power (developed countries), middle power (the BRICS -- Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa) and low power (the rest). These groups will have different perspectives in negotiating the post-2015 development agenda. Kutesa diplomatic skills will be be tested.
