{UAH} Museveni celebrates 70th birthday - Again?

Folks;
Unsure, as he always says, about his exact birth day, President Museveni has acquitted himself quite commendably in this celebration. He is dishing out fatherly and grandfatherly advice, and actually remaining above his pet topic of politics.
I particularly appreciate his candidness in lavishing praise to his wife for raising their children, while he was mostly absent - in the bushes of Luwero and elsewhere before that.
For whatever it's worth, enjoy your day, Mr.President.
