{UAH} Tororo man suffers endless erection after sleeping with a married woman

The bewilderment to me here is that after St. Anthony Hospital failed to help this man subdue this excited condition, he was referred to police to make a report!

I leave it to our resident physicians - Kipenji and Kayondo- to make their best (house) calls.
