{UAH} UAH: SHOULD GEN. KALE RECEIVE A FRESH CONTRACT?

I first saw him when he used to feature with then Lt. Shaban Bantariza
on UTV discussing things military. Then later saw a pic of him with I.
K. Musaazi in one of the publications. Then heard of him in Congo,
then President's office, on to SRPS and to his current posting.

As of today, his term of service as IGP is at evening. Speculation
whether he will stay is frantic as well as uncalled for. Everything
comes to an end or a new beginning.

Since the IGP is a sleeping member of this forum, UAH ought to take a
position- to recommend for his retention or dropping. One never knows
who takes the things we say here seriously.

To start it off, i vouch for Kale's retention as IGP. If he can run it
for a decade, then what's another term? He is qualified, with control
and only let down by individual hellish cops with pumpkins for heads
and hearts with spikes. Kale understands the security component of
policing besides having a team with which he works to render the
traditional role of law and order enforcement. Actually, police work
is not easy so those who dislike him should boost advocacy for his
stay as a way of getting back at him.

So, there! Gen.Edward Kale Kayihura for I.G.P still!
