{UAH} UGANDA RANKS 19 IN GOVERNANCE IN AFRICA 2014

The Mo Ibrahim foundation has released results of its governance index
survey showing Uganda in position 19 with Mauritius, Cape Verde,
Botswana ands South Africa taking the top four positions.

Lesotho is number 10, Rwanda 11. DRC, Guinea Bissau, Chad, Eritrea,
CAR and Somalia rank from 47 to 52 respectively.
