{UAH} UGANDA_POLICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

gas cylinders went empty in Mulago national referal hosipital and atleast 3 lives were lost, and no body was arrested; but power goes off at Namboole and you arrest the guy!!????, Uganda police!!!!
