{UAH} Welcome Your Excellency. Congs Dr. Rugunda!

I take this chance to receive His Excellency President Yoweri Museveni
back from a unique working tour abroad. Ugandans love you and will
continue to support your programmes of peace and prosperity.

This particular tour comes at a time when you have just performed
another function of appointing a new Prime Minister Dr. Ruhakana
Rugunda, a friend of many, fellow struggler and mentor of many. We
expect a lot from him and thank his predecessor Rt. Hon. Amama Mbabazi
for playing his part.

NRM is ever alert and will grow stronger as evidenced by attempt by
'outsiders' to infiltrate it with their grand schemes but small in our
view. Time for electioneering is still ahead. Now is time to deliver
services and that's where we wish you good health and wisdom to steer
the ship
