Yes.But this is retrieving the Socialdemocratic
Middle East policy back on agenda. The socialdemocratic party has
since the Olof Palme and Sten Andersson era along with
Norge worked hard for Palestinian sovereignty
(recall Nobel Prize to Arafat?!).

However, since the dominace of conservatives in the EU parliament,
not much to that end is realized.

Already there has been wide protest from USA and even from
certain organisations within the EU.

It is a bold declaration but as said, my opinion is that the EU in its present outfit shall not support it.

We need more red governments in Europe to counter blue dominace in EU.

If true, that would be a positive move in the right direction. With the Swedish setting the ball rolling, there is a likelihood of other Scandinavian countries following suit.
