SV: {UAH} Do we need Nina-Mbabazi register anyway?

If members paid their membership fees, member register

would have been "self-funding"and compiler would be contracted

by the secretariat. Not so? 

That is a guarantee for democratic rules of the game. It would define a member

and give both right and weight to concerned member's participation.

Question is: is that register really an NRM member register?

So, any one including those opposed to the party can be party members?

Then what happens to the objectives, agenda, policy of the party?

Any political party or organisation worth its salt must have a
database. Names of membership are high the menu. Whoever can't see
that is kindergarten crop or a good enemy of NRM or both.

Hajji Kateregga, you know we believe in you but where were you guys
when "these families" were taking over the bulk of the work? I think
majority NRM are asleep. That shouldn't take way points from those who
are up and astir.
